  2. A Copy of Mutually Agreed Terms (if concluded)
  3. Documents to Identify the Reporting Person (only when identification cannot be determined with shared administrative information)
  4. Government revenue stamp (10,000 KRW): Please attach a scanned file of the revenue stamp upon application.
    • Online: Revenue Stamp of Government of the Republic of Korea(Please purchase an e-revenue stamp for administrative fees for paper-based documents)
